Get fit and get moving with our menu of high and low impact fitness classes, stretching and toning classes or learn jazz, belly, hiphop or ballroom dancing from our world-class dance instructors. Our fitness instructors are members of the Association of Fitness Professionals of the Philippines (AFPP) and have taught or trained at the leading gyms in the country. Our classes range from fast-paced dance, martial arts and hiphop to stretch-and-tone classes like pilates, bellydancing or yoga; and if you can't find a schedule that suits you, we can create a class for you and your friends anyday at your preferred time.
Unlike other gyms and fitness centers we have NO joining fees or annual membership fees. You can just walk in and take any class you choose; or you can avail of our PEAK PASS to get 4 to 15 sessions on any class at lower-than-walk-in rates.
Our studio is equipped with a state-of-the-art-sound system and a raised resilient flooring system to provide optimum movement and bounce without the risk of getting shin splints or other injuries. We make every precaution to keep our classes safe yet effective and promise to give you an enjoyable workout or dance session.

Jill Ngo-Crisologo is the owner and head instructor of Peak Performance Dance and Fitness Center in Quezon City. She has certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) for group fitness instruction, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for mat science, JUKARI a Reebok and Cirque De Soleil collaborative workout, Sara's City Workout for Pilates and is a member of FITPHIL (formerly Association of Fitness Professionals of the Philippines (AFPP)) since 2002. Her career has spanned 18 years, dabbling in different dance shows as a freelancer. She has danced with the Whiplash Dance Company, one of the premiere Modern Jazz dance companies in the Philippines, from 1996 to 2003. In the USA. she has studied Cabaret-style belly dance under world-renowned belly dancer Ansuya Rathor of the Belly Dance Superstars and Tribal Style Belly Dance under Black Sheep Bellydance’s Kajira Dhoumana, author of the Tribal Bible, and also took jazz under Mr. Kela Cuban and Mr. Derek Daniels of NIX Dance in the USA. Her other bellydance teachers include Amar Gamal, Tamalyn Dallal, Moria, Belynda Azhaar and Pacita Prasarn. Aside from Peak Performance, Jill is also a Belly Dance and Pilates instructor at Gold’s Gym, Planet Infinity, Ballet and Arts Center, PlanetJupiter. In the past, she taught bellydance at MORO and Miriam College and corporate offices like Globe, Accenture, Shell, Energy Development Corp. and Metrobank. Jill has been featured in numerous publications for her belly dance performances and is the featured teacher in Viva Films' Exotic Bellydancing video with Regine Tolentino and Andrea del Rosario. She is currently listed as the most popular Belly Dance instructor in Metro Manila by Total Woman Magazine, February 2007 issue and Top 10 Group Fitness Instructors with the X Factor. She is also the producer and artistic director of the annual Bellyfest event /concert. Aside from this, she the mentor of the fast-rising Goddesses of Bellydance, a professional bellydance troupe. Jill is a sought-after TV guest when the focus in on fitness and dance. She continues to hone her craft in dance and fitness through continuous workshops and tie-ups with local and foreign instructors
Jill's dance career has spanned 18 years as of 2011. She started with BodyTalk and then with Whiplash. She is a Jazz, Pilates, Street Jazz, Striptease, Jukari, Zumba, Bellydance Teacher. She has been featured in Mornings with Kris, Unang Hirit, Umagang Kay Ganda, SOP, SIS, ASAP, Keep on Dancing, Eezy dancing, Showtime., Pilipinas Win na Win, Wonder Mom, Salamat Dok, Day Off, The Sweet Life, Get Real with Loren Legarda, ANC Shoptalk, and on magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Womens health, Health Today, Marie Claire, Total Woman, Good Housekeeping, and movies such as Agent X44, Tanging Ina Part 2, and BFF.
